Refund & Cancellation

We apologize for any inconvenience, but we do not provide refunds on any fees or charges, including partially used periods and bank/merchant fees.

The Service is billed on a monthly and annual basis. The amount billed is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds.

We use the information that we collect, including personal information and User Content, for the following purposes:

What happens if you cancel the subscription?

  • All of your subscription features expire as soon as your cancellation takes effect.
  • All Your data submissions will be sent to you via email.
  • Users will not be able to use the Axonator platform as well as the mobile apps as soon as the cancellation takes effect. However, the account owner will have limited access to the account for any emergency recovery actions.
  • Your account will be suspended after 24 Hours post cancellation.
